I need to speak to someone at AMERISAFE.  Where can I locate phone numbers?

              - Your AMERISAFE Team contacts can be located under “My AMERISAFE Team”.

Who is my agent and where can I find their phone number?

              - Your agent information is located on your home screen.

Where can I view pertinent policy information?

               -You can view your current policy as well as prior policies by selecting “Policies”.

What do I do if my policy is being cancelled?

-You will receive a notice of cancellation via your preferred delivery method when a cancellation notice is issued.  The cancellation notice will include the reason for the cancellation.  Please contact your “Billings Contact” located under My AMERISAFE Team for assistance in resolving the cancellation.

How can I authorize my agent to view the Final Audit worksheet and/or my monthly reports?

-You can authorize your agent to view this information by going to “Documents” and selecting the proper authorizations.

How will I receive my policy documents?

-You can Opt-In to receive your policy and other documents electronically by going to the Documents section and selecting “E-Document Delivery”.  Otherwise, your agent of record will be provided with a paper copy to be delivered to you.

I don’t want to receive paper copies of my documents.  How do I get them electronically delivered or posted?

-You can Opt-In to receive your documents by going to the Documents section of the portal and selecting “E-Document Delivery”.  Each document type will be available for you to Opt-In and reduce or eliminate paper copies.

I need to send a policy document to AMERISAFE.  How can I send it electronically?

-Documents can be sent to AMERISAFE by going to the Documents and selecting “Document Uploads”.

Can I make my payments online?

-Yes.  Payments can be made online by going to the Payments and selecting “Pay Online”.

I want to get my loss runs (claims information).  Can I get that online?

-Loss Runs can be generated for the last 5 policy years by going to Claims and selecting “View Claims History”.

What is a monthly reporting form?

-A monthly reporting form is a compilation of payment rates for class codes written.  You can pay your monthly payment online by going to “Payments”.  Otherwise, and upon request, twelve monthly reporting forms can be mailed directly to you upon inception of the policy.

Does AMERISAFE use third party Audit, Claims or Safety personnel?

-AMERISAFE’s model is based on using our own employees for Audit, Claims and Safety services.  However, at times and in some locations, we must augment our staff with vendors.

Does the deposit roll at renewal?

           -Yes, deposits roll forward to renewal policies and the amount of deposit we retain for the renewal policy is re-evaluated where required by the Department of Insurance in your state.

When is my monthly reporting forms and payment due?

-Remittance should be paid to AMERISAFE by the 10th of the month following the reporting period for policies written on a monthly reporting basis.

Can I complete my audit online?

-AMERISAFE allows some audits to be completed virtually.  You will receive a notification from your auditor if your policy is selected for a virtual audit.

I do not agree with the audit results.  How do I dispute my audit?

-Audits can be disputed online by going to Documents and selecting “Dispute Audit”.  Otherwise, contact the Audit Services division at 800.256.9052 ext 2324 or email your information to auditservices@amerisafe.com.

I want other members of my company to be able to use the online services.  How can I add them?

-You can add your employees to AMERISAFE’s online services and manage the information they can view by going to “User Profiles”.  Select “Add user” and enter their information.  You can Manage their access by selecting “Manage”.
